Your Mission with Us

Do you want to solve complex technical challenges and set decisive impulses with your experience? You will evaluate demanding PV and PV-BESS projects within the scope of technical consulting and due diligence, identify risks, and unlock optimization potential. You will take responsibility, contribute your expertise to important project decisions, and create sustainable added value for our clients.

Your Tasks

• Independent management and execution of Technical Due Diligence projects for PV and PV-BESS projects in Germany and Europe
• Holistic technical evaluation of projects, particularly regarding project development, planning, plant technology, grid connection, construction, and operation
• Review of technical concepts and project documentation as well as assessment of risks and optimization potentials
• Advising our clients on technical and techno-economic issues and developing practical recommendations for action
• Coordination of clients, project participants, and internal technical colleagues
• Analysis of operational data and technical anomalies as well as development of optimization proposals
• Conducting site inspections, technical inspections, and acceptance tests
  

Your Profile

• Completed engineering degree, e.g., in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energies, or a comparable technical qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of photovoltaics, ideally as a Technical Advisor, Owner’s Engineer, Project Developer, Planner, or in a comparable role
• Broad technical understanding of PV projects across various project phases – from project development and grid connection to construction and operation
• In-depth knowledge of PV plant technology as well as relevant technical regulations and standards, and an understanding of technical, contractual, and economic project contexts
• Experience in Technical Due Diligence, project review, or technical consulting, as well as knowledge in the area of battery storage and PV-BESS co-location are advantageous.
• Strong consulting and customer orientation, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly, structured, and solution-oriented
• Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel and a valid driver's license class B
