Senior Process Engineer (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Comprehensive Project Responsibility: You plan, lead, and implement verfahrenstechnical and infrastructural projects at our three locations – from the first concept to successful implementation.
• Commissioning and Handover: You are responsible for the smooth commissioning of new facilities and train our production teams to ensure optimal and efficient operation from day one.
• Interface Management: As a central technical point of contact, you take over the allocation, coordination, and technical acceptance of services from external machine and equipment manufacturers and ensure compliance with our standards.
• Ongoing Improvement: With your expertise, you identify potential, analyze existing production and process facilities, and actively drive their continuous optimization forward.

Qualification

• Educational Background: You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology or a comparable technical qualification.
• Professional Experience: You bring several years of relevant professional experience, ideally from the food industry, process industry, or equipment manufacturing sector.
• Project Management Competence: You are experienced in managing technical projects and possess fundamental knowledge in planning, designing, and commissioning process engineering facilities and components.
• CAD Skills: You are confident and proficient in using AutoCAD for creating and editing technical drawings and plans.
• Personality: You are a communicative and team-oriented personality who combines analytical and conceptual working methods with a pragmatic implementation orientation.
• Mobility: A moderate willingness to travel for project management at our locations is self-evident for you.
