Senior Project Engineer Geotechnics/Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

• Processing demanding geo- and environmental engineering projects in civil and specialized civil engineering in all project phases
• Planning and supervision of subsoil investigation programs as well as civil and specialized civil engineering measures during execution
• Definition and evaluation of soil mechanics laboratory tests, as well as creation and quality assurance of geotechnical reports
• Creation of earth structure stability analyses with specialized software
• Planning of earthworks, special foundations, and construction pits
• Creation and maintenance of geotechnical BIM models for the digital representation of subsoil and foundations
• Management & control of complex geotechnical projects, including technical, scheduling, and economic responsibility
• Point of contact for clients, as well as participation in bid processing, acquisition, and the maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Support and mentoring of less experienced colleagues

• Completed studies in civil engineering, geosciences, or a comparable field with a geotechnical focus
• Several years of relevant professional experience in geotechnics and civil engineering, ideally also in specialized civil engineering
• Experience in managing complex projects as well as in customer collaboration
• Experience in bid processing and interest in supporting sales activities
• Proficient use of specialized software, e.g., GGU
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
• Strong team spirit as well as an open and appreciative communication style
