In a strong company for renewable energies that implements solar and wind power plants throughout the country, you are responsible for project development with a focus on permit planning.

You work mobile and are self-reliant in and around Oldenburg to implement wind energy projects.

As Senior Wind Project Developer (m/w/d) – Focus on Permit Planning, you will oversee new projects from permit planning to implementation – travel readiness and enthusiasm for renewable energies are therefore a prerequisite!

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for developing and steering wind energy projects with a focus on permit planning.
• You identify suitable locations, negotiate and conclude usage agreements.
• You prepare and coordinate permit documents in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and communicate with authorities.
• You assess technical and economic project parameters in collaboration with departmental experts.
• You monitor regulatory developments on the market and provide recommendations for action.
• You work closely with project participants such as stakeholders, authorities, consultants, and planning offices.
• You support young colleagues as a mentor in their daily work.

Qualifikation

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a wind energy project developer with completed projects in permit planning.

• Degree in a technical field, ideally related to the topics of energy supply and renewable energies, such as:

• Urban and regional planning

• Environmental science

• Civil engineering

• Very good knowledge of planning and permit law, particularly the BImSchG, as well as contract and lease law.

• A convincing and self-assured appearance with a lot of energy and a willingness to succeed.

• You come from the Oldenburg region and are ideally well networked there.

• Travel readiness for the care of projects on site.

• Very good German and good English skills.
