(Senior) Project and Process Manager Customer Activation (m/f/d)

• You will build lean and efficient processes with your colleagues from NE3, NE4, and Product Management.
• You will act as a Demand Manager towards IT for the relevant ticket and field service systems, prioritizing requirements with a focus on corporate goals.
• You will provide requested evaluations and reports for the Head of Customer Activation to analyze customer connections and their respective performance.
• Together with Purchasing and Partner Management, you will ensure a scalable partner base and support tender processes for onboarding new partners.

• You already have relevant professional experience in fiber optic expansion, particularly in customer activation and troubleshooting.
• You have completed studies in a technical or commercial field, or alternatively, completed vocational training in the telecommunications sector in a technical field (landline).
• You have many years of professional experience with infrastructure projects or comparable roll-outs (FTTX).
• You have gained several years of experience in the connection and provisioning of end customers.
• You have successfully managed and coordinated telecommunications projects and bring extensive experience in project management.
• You possess a high level of comprehension and strong communication skills.
• You have excellent German and English language skills.
