What makes this job so special?

You will build lean and efficient processes together with your colleagues from NE3, NE4, and Product Management.
You will act as a demand manager for the relevant ticket and field service systems towards IT and prioritize requirements based on company objectives.
You will provide requested analyses and reports for the Head of Customer Activation to analyze customer connections and their respective performance.
Together with Purchasing and Partner Management, you will ensure a scalable partner base and will accompany tender processes for the onboarding of new partners.

When are you a good fit for us?

You already have relevant professional experience in fiber optic network expansion, especially in customer activation and troubleshooting.
You have successfully completed a degree in a technical or commercial field, or alternatively, a technical apprenticeship in the telecommunications sector (fixed network).
You have many years of professional experience with infrastructure projects or comparable roll-outs (FTTX).
You have gained several years of experience in the activation and provisioning of end customers.
You have successfully managed and coordinated telecommunications projects and have extensive experience in project management.
You have a high level of comprehension and strong communication skills.
You possess excellent German and English language skills.
