An international leading services company specializing in operational business processes and Supply Chain Services is seeking a Senior Project Recruiter. The company has a global presence with numerous employees at various locations worldwide, making it one of the most significant providers in its industry. The company specializes in optimizing business processes and supports its customers with innovative service solutions. Currently, the company is experiencing strong growth with numerous new projects and expansion opportunities.

This position offers you the unique chance to be a pioneer in setting up and building new operations centers. You will not only act as a recruiter but also function as a project manager. You have the opportunity to build your team and accompany a project from its inception to its complete operational launch. Tasks

• You lead the recruiting process for new operations centers from concept to operational launch.
• You take end-to-end responsibility for the personnel acquisition of specialists and executives.
• You build a recruiter team and manage this (permanent positions and freelancers).
• You conduct needs analyses and create job descriptions in close cooperation with project management.
• You develop and implement active sourcing strategies and manage candidate management with high volumes.
• You manage expectations between business requirements and personnel availability.
• You coordinate on-site activities and perform regular visits to the project locations.
• You work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.

Qualification

• You bring several years of recruiting experience, ideally with an industry or operations background.
• You are characterized by a high degree of independence, proactivity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have travel readiness and temporal flexibility.
• You possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• You work safely with recruiting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• You speak very good German and English.
• You are characterized by reliability, ownership mentality, and assertiveness.
