Your Tasks

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at StoryMachine, you will play a central role in the strategic management and implementation of projects in the field of digital communication. Your extensive experience in project management and your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively lead teams and build lasting customer relationships. You will not only be the interface between internal departments and clients, but also a driving force for innovation and quality in project execution. You will work with renowned companies from various industries – from medium-sized market leaders to international DAX corporations.

Your Tasks

• Strategic Project Management: Develop and implement complex, strategic project approaches to ensure long-term business success.
• Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary project teams and support their development through mentoring and coaching.
• Client Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor for our clients and support them in developing innovative communication solutions that promote their business goals.
• Resource Management: Plan and optimize cross-team resources and capacities to implement projects efficiently and on time.
• Quality and Budget Responsibility: Ensure that projects meet the highest quality standards and remain within the planned budget, while actively identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Use your experience to analyze market trends and customer needs, thereby identifying new opportunities for clients and StoryMachine.

What You Bring

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, media, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in an agency environment, communications consulting, or project management, preferably with experience in leading teams.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to take responsibility for key client relationships.
• Very good knowledge of modern project management tools and methods.
• Very good communication skills and persuasiveness in German and English (business fluent).
