Your Impact

• Manage Projects: You lead demanding customer projects from planning to successful implementation.

• Coordinate Teams: You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage interdisciplinary project teams, and ensure efficient processes.

• Ensure Quality: You are responsible for schedules, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring that projects are completed successfully in the long term.

• Shape Communication: You are the central point of contact for our customers, moderate meetings, and accompany them as a partner through all project phases.

• Build Structures: As part of the implementation team, you contribute to standardizing our project methodology and creating scalable processes for future projects.

• Enable Change: You work closely with our Implementation Consultants to best prepare users for productive operation.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the SaaS, software, or consulting environment

• Experience in managing complex IT or digitalization projects

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• Certification according to PMI, PRINCE2, or comparable is desirable

• Enjoyment of collaboration, communication, and responsibility

• Willingness to travel (approx. 30–50% in CH)

• Native-level German and fluent English
