Aufgaben

• You lead and coordinate medium-sized digitalization projects and are responsible for the operational project management.
• You advise our customers competently, supports them in defining their requirements, and designs solutions for software projects.
• You plan and steer resources and budgets and wrap up projects reliably under guarantee of quality and timing.
• You lead status, kick-off, and review meetings and conduct regular customer presentations.
• You ensure transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and budget.
• You lead the project team professionally with guidance towards self-organization and autonomous action.
• You support optimizing internal standards and processes and continuously develop yourself in new technology trends.

Qualifikation

• A completed degree in business administration or (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Multifaceted, several-year experience in coordinating and leading software projects.
• Good process and method knowledge in project management.
• Experience in leading project teams and good ideas for motivating your team.
• Practical experience in using KI technologies to optimize processes as well as operating relevant tools and platforms.
• Analytical and conceptual skills, pragmatic thinking approaches, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• PRACTICAL German and English language skills.
