Job description
As Senior Project Leader Techniques, you are the expert within our project team for everything related to technical installations such as HVAC, lifts, electricity, sprinklers and more!
You are responsible for:
- Conducting a thorough risk analysis of the project, with consultation and coordination with the project leader and project director.
- Coordinating and monitoring technical installations on 2-3 construction sites:
- Preliminary preparation and follow-up of technical studies
- Contact and coordination with subcontractors and study bureaus
- Analyzing tenders and proposals from subcontractors, making a correct price comparison
- Providing technical input and drafting (or having drafted) work assignments for subcontractors.
- Controlling technical plans, technical files, schematics, and execution dossiers.
- Actively monitoring planning, budget, and quality, in close cooperation with project and site leaders.
