We are looking for a senior project manager who is eager to be the point of contact for numerous clients and ultimately responsible for complex projects where quality, planning, and budget are self-evident. We are looking for a true Senior Projectmanager, a strong conceptual thinker.

As a project manager, you are the driving force behind your project teams and work together on a broad range of (multidisciplinary) projects, both nationally and internationally. With your insight and experience, you not only oversee the technical aspects but also the commercial and legal consequences, making you the specialist that various clients need.

In your work, you are challenged to be technically outstanding and in the execution and planning of the engineering, to achieve the best possible result. Depending on the project, you guide and support these teams throughout all phases. From advising clients during the design of new construction or transforming existing buildings, to guiding contractors during implementation or inspecting completed buildings.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Function as a project manager and act as a sparring partner and primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
• Techincally guide and support your project teams, including modelers and constructors, as well as project leaders with different levels.
• Help determine the capacity planning of the department and budget monitoring within your focus area.
• Pioneer in continuous improvement and stimulate new innovations in the project approach.

From your constructive knowledge, you can make solid decisions within the design process and are able to technically steer the project. Your knowledge and experience give you energy as a coach of specialists of tomorrow. Additionally, you have the following experience:

• A minimum of a completed relevant (building, WTB, civil) degree at the university level and work experience as a project leader or project manager in multidisciplinary projects in construction.
• Good communication skills and the ability to switch with stakeholders at all levels within a multicultural environment.
• A strong proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mentality, with the ability to see opportunities and translate them into concrete plans.
• You are a strong conceptual thinker.
