Your Mission at CCS

No two days are the same in this role. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that we successfully implement our software solutions for clients and that our clients receive excellent service! For these complex system implementations and integration projects, we are looking for a highly experienced project manager. You will get to know the insurance industry and help clients. You won't do this alone: you will work with enthusiastic colleagues in a project team.

An Example of Your Workday

Kick-off: At the start of your workday, you have a daily stand-up with both colleagues and client project team members. Here you discuss progress, results, and any support questions.

After the kick-off: First, you'll spend some time with one of the consultants regarding the kick-off. You coach and guide the consultant and help them with a support question. Then you will work on preparing the progress report. With this, you ensure proactive and transparent reporting on the project to the client. The steering committee with the client is next week, today you will discuss this steering committee with the delivery manager. What are the most important points for the client and for CCS, and how will we approach them.

After lunch: You will check a few tickets regarding progress on the plan board, checking their coherence with the schedule. Then you will attend a working session with the CCS Project Management Guild. Here you will work on tickets to further improve the CCS Prince2Agile project methodology. After this, you have an appointment with your sales colleague to coordinate a potential follow-up project at the client.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate possesses decisiveness, perseverance, enthusiasm, and drive to successfully lead projects and implement improvements to achieve even more efficient and customer-oriented projects. You recognize yourself in the following points:

· You enjoy project management and remain calm when priorities shift;

· You have proven experience in successfully executing product software implementations in a complex, yet customer-oriented environment, within budget, timeline, and scope;

· You have extensive experience with various project management and delivery methodologies, preferably a Prince2, Ipma, or PMI or Agile / Scrum certificate;

· You believe, just like us, that customer satisfaction is paramount. You are capable of clearly analyzing and managing customer expectations, and actively adjusting where necessary;

· You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

· Your personality is characterized by: structured, motivating, strong communication skills, clear, open, a bit opinionated, enthusiastic, able to put things in perspective, creative, and pragmatic;

· You gain energy from creating and monitoring schedules, analyzing data, and preparing clear, structured reports and presentations;

· You have at least a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, business economics, and/or information technology.

What We Offer You?

In addition to the mentioned exciting role within a growing and innovative company, we offer:

· Salary: We offer a salary between € 5,590 and € 7,958 per month (based on 40 hours per week), depending on your experience and knowledge;

· Resources: Lease car, laptop, phone;

· Working days: You are available at least 4 days a week, although 5 days is our preference;

· Home office allowance: You can work partly from home and receive an expense allowance of € 2.40 per home working day. You also get a budget of € 750,- to set up an ergonomic workspace at home;

· Workation: You can work from abroad for up to 30 consecutive days per year;

· Vacation days: You receive 25 vacation days and the option to purchase up to 20 extra days;

· Holiday pay: 8.33% annually;
