This client is currently expanding its automation department significantly to meet the growing demand for sustainable energy and digital transition projects within the Dutch industry. The biggest challenge lies in successfully managing multiple large multidisciplinary projects that will start from Q4, where aligning internal teams and external stakeholders is crucial.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a completed HBO or WO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Energy Technology

• Has at least 5 years of experience in project management within industrial automation

• Has experience with automation systems such as Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal, SCADA or DCS (pre)

• Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and English

• Is analytically strong, decisive and communicative

• Can lead multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders

We are looking for someone who is interested in:

• Leading automation projects from A to Z

• Translating customer wishes into technical solutions

• Maintaining budget, planning and quality

• Serving as a point of contact for engineers, customers and other stakeholders

• Contributing to sustainable and innovative industrial systems

We are looking for someone who is interested in working for a company that:
