Senior Project Administrator

A project manager requests an up-to-date financial overview, there is a tender that needs to be processed and the hours from last week need to be checked yet. As senior project administrator, you keep track of everything in a complex environment where multiple projects are running simultaneously. You ensure that administration is correct, deadlines are met, and internal control is improved. Besides, you translate numbers into insights and help project managers make the right decisions. So, you contribute to the smooth operation of various projects by ensuring that all administrative tasks are properly executed. As a senior project administrator, you will be responsible for: • Processing tenders and contracts; • Maintaining an up-to-date financial overview; • Controlling hours worked; • Ensuring correct administration; • Meeting deadlines; • Improving internal control; • Translating numbers into insights; • Helping project managers make the right decisions. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all administrative tasks are properly executed. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; • At least 3 years of experience as a project administrator; • Strong analytical skills; • Excellent communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
