You bring structure to complex customer projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that pilots become successful rollouts. We're looking for you as Senior Project & Operations Manager (m/w/d)!

Your Mission
In this role, you are the operational hub between customers, development, and management. You ensure that projects are planned cleanly, implemented efficiently, and consistently developed further. At the same time, you support sales in structuring opportunities and building professional customer relationships.

Tasks

• Steering and coordination of customer projects from pilot phase to rollout
• BUILDING repeatable project and delivery processes
• Coordination between customers, development team, management, and partners
• Preliminary preparation, follow-up, and structuring of customer meetings, offers, and project documents
• Identification of risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks in ongoing projects
• Translation of customer requirements into clear internal tasks and priorities
• Support for building standards, templates, and best practices for scalable deployments

Qualification

• Experience in operational project management, preferably in B2B software, industry, energy, infrastructure, or consulting
• Outstanding structuring and communication skills
• Pleasure in making complex topics understandable and bringing them to life
• Sales-oriented affinity and interest in developing follow-up business from successful projects
• Technical understanding of software, AI, or data products
• Hands-on mentality, personal responsibility, and high commitment
