About the role We are seeking a Senior Project Officer, Community Engagement to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Policy and Programs, this role will be responsible for providing high-level support for a range of projects, with a focus on community engagement. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and support project activities, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consumers, carers, service providers, and government representatives. Research and analyse policy and program issues related to community engagement in mental health. Prepare reports, briefs, and other written materials. Support the development and delivery of community engagement initiatives. Assist with the organisation of events and conferences. Provide administrative support to the team. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in project coordination and management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the mental health sector. Relevant tertiary qualifications.
