Senior Project Manager

The Company Our client is a specialist management consulting firm partnering with leading financial institutions across Asia. For this assignment, we are supporting a global financial services organization with a strong presence in Hong Kong, delivering insurance and investment solutions to help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind. The Team You will join a strategic team within Global Markets in driving business transformation, enabling new initiatives, and ensuring alignment and synergy between different departments. Key Responsibilities Include: • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets; • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery; • Managing stakeholder expectations and communication; • Identifying and mitigating risks; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; • Collaborating with the business to develop and implement new initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum); • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
