Senior Project Manager - Steel Structure

Cartier Steel - an company with over 50 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and installing steel structures. Currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in Steel Structures.

This position is located at our office in Ville Saint-Laurent, QC.
RESPONSABILITIES:

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate multiple construction projects.
• Assist with project planning.
• Coordinate structure plans with architecture plans and other professionals.
• Prepare information requests (RFI) and participate in coordination meetings if required.
• Support our drafting office, installers, and other subcontractors technically.
• Participate in design, coordination, and construction meetings.
• Continuously follow project evolution.
• Perform cost estimates to help the sales team.

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Degree (DEC or DEP) preferably in civil engineering, architecture, or building design.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in steel structure domain.
• Bilingualism, English-French.
• Be organized, autonomous, and dynamic.
• Knowledge of project management methods and software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Excel).
