Senior Project Manager ServiceNow (m/w/d)

As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you will lead challenging ServiceNow projects and ensure they create measurable value for our customers. Together with your teams, you will design modern, agile working methods and bring projects to a successful conclusion even in complex stakeholder environments.

Your Tasks

Project Management

• Leadership of multiple complex ServiceNow projects – from planning to go-live.
• Responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Main point of contact for customers; moderation of project and Scrum meetings.
• Proactive risk, issue, and change management (RIDAC).
• Creation of clear project and financial reports.
• Ensuring agile working methods and coaching of team & Product Owner.

Delivery & Account Management

• Tight collaboration with account teams as well as participation in offers.
• BUILDING and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring strategic alignment and high customer satisfaction.

Continuing Development & Community

• Ongoing development in project management, agility, and ServiceNow.
• Active contribution to optimizing our project management standards.
