Senior/ Project Manager (PMP, Large Scale Projects)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project plans, including cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise. Manage project scope, timeline, and budget. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Identify and mitigate project risks. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. PMP certification is required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a specific industry (e.g., construction, IT, healthcare). Master's degree in a related field. Experience with risk management.
