• You plan, coordinate, and steer platform projects or TYPO3 portals for our clients from various industries.
• You lead interdisciplinary teams through all phases: from conception, design, and technical implementation to go-live – and beyond.
• You select the suitable agile methods, processes, and workflows to efficiently and successfully implement projects.
• You function as a central interface between team, clients, and stakeholders, translating requirements into clear backlogs and bringing portal visions to life.
• You are responsible for budget, timing, and quality and ensure project success with regular controlling.
• You are in continuous exchange with account management and business direction to identify and lift customer potential together.
• You prepare relevant information for tenders and carry your expertise confidently before clients.

Your Skills

• You have 3–5 years of experience in managing digital projects, ideally in an agency.
• You have already managed cross-functional teams and feel comfortable with agile methods and processes.
• You take on responsibility, work extremely structured, act solution-oriented, and plan ahead.
• You excite clients with your communication talent and lead meetings & workshops confidently.
• You enjoy Excel, ticket systems, and project controlling and use the gained insights for continuous process optimization.
• You bring affinity for technologically complex projects and are already familiar with the CMS TYPO3.
• You possess a basic understanding of our tools like JIRA, Confluence, and common Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
