Terra One seeks experienced Senior Project Managers who are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our Utility-Scale High-Voltage Battery Energy Storage Portfolio (HV-BESS).

In this role, you will take full commercial and technical responsibility for multiple projects with a capacity of 60 MW+ and steer them from the late development phase to successful grid operation, in order to achieve our ambitious delivery targets for 2026/2027.

As part of a team of industry experts, you will act as a central instance for project implementation and drive your personal professional development forward, realizing critical infrastructure at the core of Germany's energy transition.

Your tasks:

• Take over responsibility for approved projects and steer them through all project phases; from RTB, construction, grid connection to commissioning
• Carry out site visits to monitor project progress and clarify and resolve operational questions on-site
• Comprehensive tracking, forecasting, and reporting to ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets
• Review, control, and enforce EPC and supplier contracts to ensure complete contract fulfillment
• Represent the project to external stakeholders such as investors, authorities, and grid operators
• Lead project teams and actively shape and develop project standards, benchmarks, and processes within the organization

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or comparable
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management with increasing responsibility, growing complexity, and measurable project success
• Experience in project commissioning, including tracking of contractor services and site releases within the framework of progress and quality control
• Excellent negotiation skills and high intercultural sensitivity in an international business environment
• Fluent English in speech and writing as well as German on C1 level
• High travel readiness within Germany
