Your role with us
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our solution and actively shape the scaling of Swisio in the DACH region.

Your Impact

• Manage projects: You will lead demanding customer projects from planning to successful implementation.

• Coordinate teams: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage interdisciplinary project teams, and ensure efficient processes.

• Ensure quality: You will be responsible for schedules, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and sustainably.

• Shape communication: You will be the central point of contact for our customers, moderate coordination meetings, and support them as a partner through all project phases.

• Build structures: As part of the implementation team, you will contribute to standardizing our project methodology and creating scalable processes for future projects.

• Enable change: You will work closely with our Implementation Consultants to prepare users for productive operation in the best possible way.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the SaaS, software, or consulting environment

• Experience in managing complex IT or digitization projects

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• Certification according to PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent is desirable

• Enjoyment of collaboration, communication, and responsibility

• Willingness to travel (approx. 30–50% in DACH)

• Native-level German and fluent English
