As a (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d), you keep an overview even in complex web and digital projects – especially in challenging environments with authorities, public clients, or large corporations. You are the central point of contact for our clients, manage requirements, stakeholders, and teams, and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, timely, and economically successful manner. You convince with professionalism, commitment, and a pragmatic focus on the essentials.

• You are responsible for, plan, coordinate, and manage online projects in complex stakeholder environments for authorities, public clients, and companies
• You support our clients from strategy analysis through implementation to later IT operations and their continuous optimization
• You are responsible for achieving goals and monitoring deadlines, resources, costs, and economic viability.
• You lead an interdisciplinary team of developers, test/DevOps engineers, and possibly UX/UI experts, ensuring effective collaboration across all disciplines
• You assist in acquiring new projects and contribute to the development of tailor-made offers for our clients

You feel at home in the world of digital online projects and have several years of experience in managing and steering web and digital projects. Ideally, you have already successfully implemented web, portal, or CMS projects for authorities, public clients, or large corporate structures and are familiar with the associated requirements for communication, governance, and project management. You confidently and pragmatically use methods such as Scrum, SAFe, and classic project management approaches. You communicate confidently in German, present yourself professionally to clients and stakeholders, and take responsibility even in challenging project situations.
