(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Multiworkload & AI Innovation – nationwide

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• End-to-End Project Management: You will be responsible for international, complex D365 Multiworkload implementations from the analysis phase (Initiate) to the hypercare phase (Operate) using our proven and award-winning project methodology HSO Excellerate™.
• AI-Driven Project Management: You will actively use state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, generative AI for documentation, automated risk analyses, and AI-supported project tracking) to optimize project workflows and automate routine tasks.
• Multichannel & Multiworkload Control: You will orchestrate the interplay of various D365 modules (ERP & CRM) as well as integration into complex systems in an international context.
• Stakeholder Management & Governance: You will moderate steering committees, lead international project teams (Onshore/Nearshore/Offshore), and communicate confidently at the C-level.
• Innovation Incubator: You will continuously evaluate new AI-supported project management tools and best practices and establish them within our project organization. You will implement the HSO – “AI-driven Approach” together with our architects and the central PMO.
• Methodology Competence: Adaptation of project methodologies (Success by Design, Agile/Scrum, Prince2) to the specific needs of our customers.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• Project Experience: Several years (at least 5 years) of solid experience in managing enterprise ERP projects, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM or Business Central).
• International Competence: Experience in leading intercultural project teams and in global rollout strategies.
• AI & Tech Affinity: You have a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence. Prompt Engineering and AI-supported data analysis (e.g., via Power BI / AI Insights). The use of modern collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project/Planner) is part of your standard repertoire.
• Methodology Competence: Certifications in agile and classical methods (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP/PMI, PRINCE2) and ideally knowledge of the Microsoft Success by Design methodology.
• Communication Talent: Fluent German and English skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical issues understandably.
