We "epilots" are a team of experts from the fields of software development, energy industry, product management, and sales. To bring our solution to the forefront of the energy world even faster, we are looking for you as a  Senior Project Manager (m/f/d).

This awaits you

• First Point of Contact: You are the central contact for our customers,

  understand their requirements, and coordinate closely with epilot's product development teams. Your goal is always to align the project and the customer with our roadmap as a SaaS Company.

• Project Management: You take responsibility for your customer projects and accompany them to successful completion.

• Flagship Customers: Through successful project work, you build up flagship customers and help market them in cooperation with Sales and Marketing.

• Performance Assurance: You ensure that we fulfill our contractual scope by monitoring time, budget, and quality.

• Risk Management: You identify risks early and manage escalations professionally.

• Documentation and Reporting: You document the project progress in a suitable form and report the project status to make progress transparent to all stakeholders.

• Support and Acquisition: If necessary, you support offers and tenders and help acquire new projects together with sales, as well as further developing customer relationships.

What you bring

• Experience in classic as well as agile IT project management.

• Experience in working with software development teams.

• Ideally, knowledge/experience in the energy industry or SaaS sector.

• Analytical and structured approach as well as an overview of the "big picture" – even with high project complexity.

• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking at the interface between external and internal stakeholders.

• Ability for risk assessment and proactive risk management.

• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• We are happy if you already bring proof of key qualifications from the areas of IPMA, SCRUM Master/CSPO, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, PMP, or AgilePM Practitioner.
