Senior Project Manager

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a large-scale upgrade of timesheet systems, including Workday and Dayforce. This role requires strong Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive integration across business and technical teams.

Description

• Lead delivery of a timesheet system upgrade (Workday & Dayforce).
• Oversee Agile delivery cycles - sprints, ceremonies, backlog prioritisation.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Coordinate with DevOps and technical teams for deployment and integration.
• Deliver to scope, timeframes, and quality expectations.
• Manage risk, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Provide clear governance and project reporting.
• Embed Agile and DevOps practices within the project team.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in complex projects.
• Strong Agile delivery expertise with sprint management experience.
• Background in HRIS, payroll, or workforce systems (Workday/Dayforce preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical areas.
• Skilled in driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Confident communicator and collaborative leader.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex organisations.
• Experience in large public or enterprise environments advantageous.
