As a Senior Project Manager – MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, manage budgets, and track progress. Your expertise in managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction will be crucial in driving business results. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely delivery of projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scope statements, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans. • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients. • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
