Senior Project Manager

A well-established commercial construction company based in Keilor Park is seeking an experienced Project Manager. With a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across the education, institutional, and commercial sectors up to 10mil in value, this company offers long-term stability and a secure pipeline.

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple education-sector builds, managing all phases from tender through to handover. You will lead teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure that all work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

• Manage the full project lifecycle across school and tertiary education builds

• Oversee budgets, procurement, subcontractor performance, and client relations

• Utilise Cheops for cost control, forecasting, and reporting

• Ensure WHS, quality, and environmental compliance

• Lead and mentor project and site teams to achieve successful outcomes

• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

• Proven experience delivering construction projects in the education sector

• Strong working knowledge of Cheops project management software

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Ongoing pipeline of quality education projects across Victoria
