Senior Project Manager - Logistic and Procurement

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Logistic and Procurement on behalf of a leading international consulting firm. Job Description You will be part of an international team, working on innovative projects to support market-leading companies in defining and implementing digital transformation strategies in the Procurement area. Your contribution will be central in rethinking operational models and processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Main Responsibilities

• Develop new operational models and business schemes for procurement functions.
• Analyze and quantify benefits and costs resulting from transformation through platforms of Strategy, Planning & Analytics, Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier Risk Analysis, and Supply Chain Collaboration.
• Collaborate with client procurement function management teams to gather business requirements and translate them into specific functional specifications for technology integration teams.
• Work on innovative projects related to AI/GenAI in the Digital Procurement area, in collaboration with major software vendors in the sector.
• Prioritize and monitor implementation activities, evaluating operational and financial KPIs and preparing executive summaries.
• Manage organizational, process, and digitalization changes in client procurement functions.

• At least 8 years of experience in transformation projects in the Sourcing & Procurement area.
• Background from consulting firms (strategic consulting or system integrator).
• Competence in initiatives for organizational, process, or technological change on topics such as: Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Vendor Management, Sourcing, Supplier Risk Management, Supply Chain Collaboration, Spend Analysis, Saving Tracking.
• Familiarity with main digital procurement platforms (Coupa, Ivalua, Ariba, Jaggaer) and sector verticals (Amazon4Business, E2Open, Icertis, Infor Nexus, Kodiac, Resilinc, Riskmethods, Scoutbee, Sievo, SupplHi, SupplyOn, Tesisquare, etc.).
• Masters' degree and excellent knowledge of the English language.
