Senior Project Manager

Manage and deliver complex due diligence projects for wind, solar PV, and/or BESS. Act as the key interface with lenders, investors, and legal teams, ensuring that technical advice is bankable, commercially sound, and aligned with project finance requirements. Provide support during construction monitoring, acquisitions, and operational performance assessments.

• Lead multi-disciplinary DD scopes, coordinating internal specialists and external advisors.

• Conduct and manage contract reviews for EPC, O&M, and Asset Management agreements, highlighting risks and advising stakeholders.

• Engage directly with lenders, investors, and developers to clarify technical issues and negotiate risk allocation.

• Provide concise technical inputs to financial models and sensitivity analyses.

• Prepare lender-style DD reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

• Support construction and acquisition monitoring, ensuring compliance with contracts and technical resolution of issues.

• Analyse operational performance of renewable assets, identifying causes of underperformance.

• Mentor and support junior team members in project delivery.

• 3–7+ years in renewable energy consultancy, development, or EPC roles.

• Strong experience delivering lender’s or acquisition technical due diligence projects.

• Commercial and contractual knowledge, particularly regarding EPC and O&M agreements.

• Ability to review and interpret financial models.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills under tight timelines.

• Experience in operational monitoring and optimisation of renewable assets.

• Specialisation in at least one technology (Wind, PV, or BESS) with broad understanding of others.
