Senior Project Manager

Role Purpose As part of Korn Ferry , the Project Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will act as the single accountable owner for the delivery of a complex, cross-functional talent programme. The role is responsible for ensuring that programme objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards , while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across Talent Acquisition and related enabling functions. Key Responsibilities Programmes will be delivered through collaboration with various stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers. The Project Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will work closely with these stakeholders to ensure that programme objectives are aligned with the organization's overall strategy and goals. This role is responsible for ensuring that all programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards , while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across Talent Acquisition and related enabling functions. The Project Manager – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact the delivery of programme objectives. This role is accountable for ensuring that all programmes are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards , while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across Talent Acquisition and related enabling functions. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards , while providing strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight across Talent Acquisition and related enabling functions. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all aspects of the job.
