(Senior) Project Manager International Operations (m/w/d)

Operations is the heart of yfood. We bring together procurement, quality management (including RA), central company-wide planning, logistics, and customer service. We are responsible for the entire supply chain and work closely with all departments to drive our role as a leading Smart Food provider globally. As (Senior) Project International Manager Operations, you'll be working at the center of the company with high responsibility and visibility to all key stakeholders and management.

• You will take over the independent management of projects in the operations department, as well as cross-departmental initiatives in close cooperation with various teams and departments.
• As a central interface, you'll be responsible for all operations-related topics in our international markets and ensure smooth coordination.
• You will support the VP Operations actively in developing the department's strategy and bring your own ideas to optimize processes and structures.
• You will coordinate the introduction of new products in existing markets and accompany the operational expansion into new markets.
• In close cooperation with the ERP team, you'll drive the development of our operational and technical infrastructure forward.
• You will create compelling business cases for evaluating product introductions and strategic initiatives.
• You will develop and coordinate the AI roadmap within Operations and shape the future of our processes actively.

WHAT MAKES YOU

• Multiple years of experience (at least 2 years) in corporate consulting or a comparable role
• Ideal experience in planning and project management
• A high degree of self-reliance and willingness to quickly get familiar with new topics
• A strong affinity for numbers and processes, joy in continuous improvement and development of our company
• Safe handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as project management tools
• A high affinity for the use of AI applications and willingness to take a leading role within the department
• Secure English and German language skills (C1)
