Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Land Development)

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the on-site execution of a plotted development project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in civil infrastructure and the ability to manage all site-level operations from ground-breaking to handover. Responsibilities Direct and oversee completion of project Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan Lead the end-to-end development of the site, ensuring all works align with approved township plans and specifications Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery of project milestones Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage and control project budget and costs Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, suppliers and local authorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil infrastructure and the ability to manage all site-level operations from ground-breaking to handover.
