Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Learning Solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale learning projects from initiation to closure. This includes developing project plans, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project execution, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including learning designers, instructional technologists, subject matter experts, and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions. • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and internal teams. • Provide regular project status updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management, or a related field). • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the learning and development industry. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
