Senior Project Manager- Industrial/ Manufacturing

Job Description Turner & Townsend are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on major Industrial construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in key sector projects with an impact and interact with global leaders within Turner & Townsend. This is a client facing role focused on delivery, while also consisting of leading business development activities. Job Objectives Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets. Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide expert advice to clients on project management best practices. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. Coordinate and manage project teams to achieve successful outcomes. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and industry trends. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be an advantage.
