Senior Project Manager for Digital Administration Projects - Migration and Interior (all genders)

Do you want to drive digitalization where it truly matters for society? As a Senior Project Manager (all genders), you will design and manage challenging digital administration projects focusing on Migration & Interior. You will bring together clients, subject matter expertise, and technology, and turn complex requirements into digital solutions that work in practice.

• You will realize challenging IT and digitalization projects of societal relevance with a special focus on the subject areas of Migration & Interior – agile or hybrid.
• You will take responsibility for your projects throughout their entire project lifecycle and manage scope, time, budget, quality, and risks.
• You will work with interdisciplinary project teams in various technological contexts – from digital administrative services and specialized applications, to content and form management systems, up to individual IT solutions – and ensure structured and reliable collaboration within the project.
• As a central interface, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders and work closely with our clients from public administration. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will translate our clients' requirements into viable IT solutions and digital processes and accompany their implementation from conception to successful go-live.
• You will support our clients with questions regarding digital transformation and also identify potential for further development of existing projects and solutions.

• You have several years of experience in project management of development or digitalization projects and can manage projects independently and end-to-end.
• You have experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams and confidently take responsibility for scope, budget, time, quality, and risks.
• Ideally, you already have experience with digitalization projects in public administration and/or a subject matter connection to the topics of Migration & Interior.
• You are familiar with and appreciate working with external clients, understand project management as a customer-oriented delivery role, and confidently navigate different levels of the project organization with your communication skills.
• You are proficient in using agile and/or classic project methodologies. Experience with scaled agile approaches or hybrid project setups is a plus.
• Ideally, you hold a relevant project management or agile certification, e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum PSM/PSPO.
• A completed university degree forms the professional basis for your work with us.
• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
