Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned, organized, focused, and dedicated technical project manager. Our ventures as a rapidly expanding web agency include web planning, design, and development services. In this position, you will manage the workflow of incoming content/web/request projects from initiation through completion. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, manage project scope, budget, and timelines. You will also lead the internal project teams through each stage of the project. **Responsibilities:** * Manage all aspects of web projects from beginning to end. * Collaborate with clients, designers, and developers. * Manage project scope, schedule, and budget. * Create and maintain project documentation. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders. * Identify and resolve project issues and risks. * Lead and mentor project team members. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships. * Participate in project planning, project kickoff, and post-launch reviews. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices and quality standards. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within a digital agency setting. * Proven ability to manage web design and development projects successfully. * Strong understanding of web technologies and project management methodologies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar). * Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. * Ability to manage project budgets and forecasts. * Experience with client relationship management. * Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team * Remote work flexibility
