Senior Project Manager E-commerce

Your tasks: Comprehensive project and project portfolio management – defining, planning, managing, and monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risks. Cyclical work with project reports to control progress. Building good relationships with clients (managing open communication, controlling potential risks, being the first point of escalation, managing client expectations). Coordinating the work of project teams and ensuring methodological consistency. Building a well-organized team, identifying recruitment needs. Supporting business development by playing an active role in preparing offers and during the negotiation process of cooperation terms. Your profile: You have experience in implementing e-commerce systems (preferably B2B). You stand out with a solid technical background that allows you to collaborate freely with development teams. You understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and can incorporate non-functional requirements (NFRs), such as performance, security, or scalability, into daily product work. You have coordinated work within a project portfolio. You know how product management, category management, and e-commerce processes work. You are well-oriented in the IT industry and the principles of e-commerce ecosystems. You can easily communicate with both the client and the development team. You know English and can communicate freely at a business and technical level (B2/C1 level). You have experience working with Jira and Confluence. Implementing projects using agile methodologies holds no secrets for you. You freely use AI tools and stay up-to-date with industry news. You are a proactive and independent person – you take matters into your own hands and can activate others.
