• You plan, coordinate, and steer agile e-commerce projects for clients from the fashion and cycling industries.
• You lead interdisciplinary teams through all phases: from conception, design, and technical implementation to go-live – and beyond.
• You select suitable agile methods, processes, and workflows to efficiently and successfully execute projects.
• You function as a central interface between the team, clients, and stakeholders, translating requirements into clear backlogs and bringing shop visions to life.
• You are responsible for budget, timing, and quality and ensure project success through regular controlling.
• You are in continuous exchange with account management and business direction to identify and elevate customer potential together.

Your Skills

• You have 3–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce projects, ideally in an agency.
• You know common shop systems (e.g., Shopware, Magento) and the challenges surrounding PIM interfaces and payment providers.
• You have already managed cross-functional teams and feel comfortable with agile methods and processes.
• You take on responsibility, work extremely structured, act solution-oriented, and plan ahead.
• You excite clients with your communication talent and lead meetings & workshops confidently.
• You enjoy Excel, ticket systems, and project controlling and use the gained insights to continuously optimize processes.
• You possess German language skills at least on a C1 level.
