Senior Project Manager Digital (m/w/d)

- Project Leadership: You plan, coordinate, and steer complex digital projects for our clients – from conception and design to technical implementation and beyond.
- Agile Steering: You lead interdisciplinary teams through all project phases, translate requirements into clear backlogs, and set the right agile methods in place securely and efficiently.
- Interface Communication: You serve as the central point of contact for your team, clients, and stakeholders. You advise confidently in meetings and leads independently through presentations, workshops, and retrospectives.
- Project Controlling: You are responsible for budget, timing, and quality of your projects. With regular controlling, you ensure long-term project success.
- You proactively identify customer potential, write proposals, and work continuously with account management and business direction to expand your clients.
Your Skills
- Your Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in managing digital multi-projects, ideally in an agency. You have already technically complex CMS projects for e-commerce clients implemented (Contentful, Scayle desirable).
- Agile Team Leadership: You master agile methods like Scrum & Kanban, lead cross-functional teams with clarity, and are excited to develop junior colleagues professionally and personally.
- Way of Work: You take on responsibility gladly, work extremely structured and solution-oriented. You excite clients with your communication talent and do not shy away from openly addressing risks and critical issues.
- Tool-Set: You enjoy working with Excel, Jira, and project controlling tools. You use your knowledge to continuously improve processes.
- KI & Innovation: You are interested in artificial intelligence, have already gained first-hand experience in the workplace, and are motivated to use KI tools to optimize your workflows.
- Languages: You speak fluent and negotiating German (C1 level).
