• You plan, coordinate, and steer complex digital projects for our clients.
• You lead interdisciplinary teams through all phases: from conception, design, and technical implementation to go-live – and beyond.
• You select the suitable agile methods, processes, and workflows to efficiently and successfully execute projects.
• You function as a central interface between team, clients, and stakeholders, translating requirements into clear backlogs and bringing shop visions to life.
• You are the point of contact for our demanding clients, advises them, and leads confidently through meetings, presentations, and retrospectives.
• You are responsible for budget, timing, and quality and ensure project success with regular controlling.
• You are in continuous exchange with account management and business direction to identify and elevate customer potential together.

Your Skills

• You bring at least five years of experience in multiproject management of digital projects, ideally from an agency.
• You have already successfully implemented technically complex CMS projects for e-commerce clients (Contentful, Scayle desirable).
• You have already managed cross-functional teams and are confident in the application and instruction of agile methods and processes.
• You take responsibility gladly, work extremely structured, act solution-oriented, and with a forward-looking planning perspective.
• You excite clients with your communication talent and do not shy away from openly addressing risks and critical issues.
• You enjoy working with Excel, ticket systems, and project controlling and use the gained insights to continuously improve processes and project results.
• You are enthusiastic about leadership topics and see it as an enrichment to set impulses for the further development of junior colleagues.
• You are interested in the topic of artificial intelligence, have already gained initial experiences in your daily work, and are motivated to promote the use of AI in your project teams.
• You speak fluent and negotiating German (GER: C1 level).
