The selected person will work in Full Remote, with presence required in Genoa once a month.

Position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with consolidated experience in managing IT projects in the digital payments sector.

The candidate will be involved in managing digital transformation initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary and multi-vendor teams and ensuring the correct progress of project activities. The resource will work closely with the business and technical teams, contributing to the definition of solutions and ensuring the achievement of project objectives.

Requirements

• Manage IT projects in the Payments sector;
• Coordinate teams and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality;
• Monitor activity progress, risks, and escalations;
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in defining solutions;
• Ensure the correct delivery of project initiatives.

You are the right person for us if:

• You have gained significant experience in managing complex IT projects;
• You possess good knowledge of the digital payments market;
• You have experience with major payment systems and providers, such as PayPal, Klarna, and MyBank;
• You understand payment system architectures and integrations with Payment Gateways;
• You have a technical background that allows you to interact effectively with software architects and development teams;
• You have experience managing distributed teams and multi-vendor contexts;
• You possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
• You are autonomous in managing activities and focused on achieving goals;
• You have an excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

A plus would be:

• Experience in projects related to POS systems;
• Knowledge of Worldpay, Paymode platforms, or similar solutions.

• We only evaluate collaborators on a P.IVA (VAT) basis.
• Full Time work required.
