Senior Project Manager - Digital Communications (all genders)

Do you want to not only manage digital projects but also actively shape them and develop them further with your clients? As a Senior Project Manager (all genders), you will take responsibility for demanding digital communication projects – with a special focus on CMS-based information offerings and websites, as well as their further development and operation. You will work at the intersection of technology, digital communication consulting, creation, and content.
You will combine secure management of digital implementation projects with a good sense for your clients' needs. You will identify development potential, bring the right experts together, and ensure that ideas are turned into successful digital solutions in their implementation.

• You will manage demanding digital implementation projects and keep scope, budget, quality, and timing on track.
• Your focus will be on digital communication projects – especially CMS-based information offerings and websites, as well as their further development and operation. You will work with teams from technology, digital communication consulting, creation, content, and UX.
• You will work closely with our clients and interdisciplinary project teams, understand requirements and challenges, and translate them into concrete project goals and solutions.
• For you, project management does not end with successful delivery: You will identify new needs and potentials with existing clients and further develop projects and client relationships together with our subject matter experts.
• You will contribute your experience and project perspective to proposals, tenders, and pitches. If you already have experience in this area, all the better – if not, you can develop yourself specifically in this area with us.
• You will manage various stakeholders confidently and ensure clarity, commitment, and good cooperation, even in complex project situations.

• You have several years of experience in managing digital implementation projects – ideally around websites, information platforms, or other CMS-based solutions.
• You do not see project management as mere administration, but want to actively shape and further develop projects, solutions, and client relationships.
• You enjoy understanding clients and their challenges, identifying potentials, and developing suitable solutions together with interdisciplinary teams.
• You are comfortable working with technical teams as well as with disciplines such as communication, UX, design, creation, or content.
• Experience in presales, business development, tenders, or proposal preparation is a plus – but not a requirement.
• Whether agile or classic: You know different project methodologies and apply them appropriately to the respective situation. A certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Ideally, you already have experience from projects in the public sector or in related industries.
• You have a completed degree or a comparable practical qualification.
• You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
