Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape

Reporting to the Program Manager, Onboarding and Knowledge Management, you will help Euclid scale and operationalize our AI-assisted delivery capabilities across services workflows and platform features. In this role, you’ll drive the development and implementation of a rigorous system for injecting Euclid’s knowledge library into the context of AI-assisted features, and you’ll partner cross-functionally with Services, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to build prompt development, testing, evaluation, and iteration processes from a renewable energy domain perspective.

This is a hands-on role for a delivery-minded renewables professional who understands how services teams work — and is excited to translate that knowledge into repeatable AI systems that materially improve speed, quality, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, rigorous system for injecting Euclid’s knowledge library into AI-assisted feature context, including taxonomies, retrieval/selection logic, content governance, and quality controls.
• Work cross-functionally with Engagement teams, Data, Product, and Engineering to ensure the knowledge system is integrated and aligned across all workflows and features.
