Senior Project Manager (Cloud FinOps Project) 6 months + likely extensions Mix of WFH and Central Sydney office

Seeking a capable Senior Project Manager to lead a Cloud FinOps–related initiative. This role suits someone who is structured, confident with governance, and experienced in delivering high-visibility technology projects.

Key Responsibilities End-to-end project planning, scheduling, dependencies, and milestone management Financial forecasting and cost tracking RAID management and proactive issue resolution Preparation of SteerCo packs and executive-level reporting Presenting project status and risks to senior stakeholders and governance forums Coordination of technical, change, and business teams to ensure delivery alignment Vendor engagement and tracking of deliverables where required

Required Experience Strong background delivering mid to large-scale ICT projects Demonstrated ability to produce and present board-level or SteerCo reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level Solid knowledge of project financials and forecasting Experience working in structured governance environments Cloud project experience is advantageous but not essential Any exposure to FinOps, cloud cost optimisation, or tooling (e.g. Flexera, CloudHealth) is a plus
