Rulemapping Solutions GmbH is the operational daughter of Rulemapping Group.

Aufgaben

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and take over the end-to-end responsibility for a trusting, successful, and sustainable customer relationship – from contract signing to successful implementation and ongoing operation of the Rulemapping solution.
• You lead projects proactively and goal-oriented, take over project controlling, and lead interdisciplinary project teams consisting of legal engineers and automation engineers.
• As a team, you design customer-specific solutions on our No-Code-Rulemapping-Automation-platform – from conception to implementation to acceptance and training. This includes initial configuration of UI, forms, API integrations, AI modules, files, actions, deadlines, and tests.
• You actively contribute to the development and implementation of processes in the delivery team, define and analyze KPIs, use customer and usage feedback, and drive continuous improvement of our services forward.
• You align yourself with Product & Tech on technical questions and support Business Development & Sales in preparing sales activities.

Qualifikation

• About 3+ years of experience in a leading management consulting firm, preferably with a focus on tech-, digital themes, and/or public sector.
• Or about 3+ years of experience in implementing complex SaaS projects with a focus on process modeling and configuring No-/Low-Code solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - computer science, business informatics, business administration, economics, politics, law, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills at various hierarchical levels, including C-level.
• Process security, KPI orientation, and hands-on mentality.
• Analytical thinking, solution strength, and enthusiasm for responsibility.
• Fluent German (C2) and very good English (at least C1).
