About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on managing building projects (vertical) and requires a strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for providing expert project management services, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our client's projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and lead building projects from inception to completion. * Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. * Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. * Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. * Provide expert project management advice and guidance. * Monitor project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Manage and mentor junior project managers. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. * Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in managing building projects (vertical). * Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules. * Experience in leading and mentoring project teams. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management). * Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., PMI, APM) is desirable.
