WHAT YOU DO

• Independent, full-scope project management of complex projects from planning through cost control to billing
• Content-focused client management, consulting, and development for clients in the Retail, Sports, Fashion, and Luxury sectors, in close coordination with the Key Account Director
• Transparent budget planning and overall financial responsibility for the assigned project portfolio, as well as technical guidance of junior colleagues in the team
• Confident management of diverse formats such as retail campaigns, events, and brand experiences
• Interdisciplinary interface coordination of internal teams, external service providers, and cooperation partners, strictly adhering to quality standards, budgets, and timelines

WHO YOU ARE

• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management with a focus on Retail, Sports, Fashion, or Luxury
• Sound experience in leading and developing project teams, as well as strong commercial acumen and strategic consulting skills
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic field of work, from strategic conception to precise operational implementation
• Interdisciplinary mindset, strong team spirit, and confidence to always maintain an overview, even during intense project phases
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in German and English
